Carole Podell is a Life Transition Strategist, Storyteller, and host of the podcast She Takes the Lead.  She is also a Fertility Warrior and a very proud Single Mom by Choice. Carole helps ambitious working moms navigate major life transitions, showing them how to confidently write their next chapter with intention, joy, and in a way that honors who they truly are.

Her diverse 25-year career has taken her from Emmy and Peabody Award-winning Broadcast Producer to Vice President in the multi-billion-dollar financial services industry.  With a Twice-Neurodiverse brain, she learned early on that if she wanted to succeed at anything, her process to get there would need to be of her own design. She nurtured what she now calls, her “Creatively Linear” thinking to successfully carve out a unique personal and professional path. These hurdles taught her that although we must live life on its terms, we do not need to be victims of someone else’s circumstance, diagnosis, or bad choices.
Our path need not be straight, but it should be of our own making.
